Good Morning FBCS Family!
We miss you. Grace and Peace to you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Thank you for continuing to gather virtually during this difficult time of staying-at-home. As believers in Jesus, we are devoted to each other just as the early church, recorded in Acts, was. Please let us know if you are in need. We are here. My family continues to pray for you daily. I’ll be visiting with you virtually on Sunday morning at 10:00am in a Coffee & Conversation/Meet & Greet. You can click the words in this email to take you to the video chat application. Sunday Service will begin at 10:30am on Facebook, YouTube, and our Website.
The Fellowship of the Believers Acts 2:42-47
42 They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. 43 Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. 44 All the believers were together and had everything in common. 45 They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. 46 Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, 47 praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
This week we will continue the series called, What We Gain from Loss. Thank you for tuning in and corresponding with us throughout the week. We encourage you to participate in Coffee & Conversation at 10:00am by clicking this link. We’ll also meet for prayer on Wednesday at 6:00pm and Worship Team will meet following prayer meeting on Wednesday at 6:30pm.
Thank you, Lord, for the decreasing COVID-19 pandemic hospitalization numbers. Our leadership team continues to meet to design the phases of introducing corporate gathering as recommended by the CDC. Thank you for working together to protect the brothers and sisters of the FBCS family. Please stay connected to the true vine, which is Christ, let us reach toward the Son and continue to grow deeper roots and broader reach.
