Good morning, Church! It’s going to be in the 60s . . . OOPPSS! I almost forgot; no weather talk. Keeping promises, and being faithful to self-sacrifice is not easy, is it? That’s one thing that’s SO AMAZING about our Savior. He is perfectly faithful, and was so self-sacrificial that His prayer was “not My will but Thine be done.” WOW, that’s the kind of Redeemer to Whom I want to entrust my eternity. Let’s allow today’s Lenten Scripture readings and prayer to encourage our hearts: Psalm 42, 43; Genesis 46:1-7, 28-34; I Corinthians 9:1-15; Mark 6:30-46. “Loving God, I hear Your invitation, “Come back to Me” and I am filled with such a longing to return to You. Show me the way to return. Lead me this day in good works I do in Your name and send Your Spirit to guide me and strengthen my faith. I ask only to feel Your love in my life today. In Jesus’ inviting name I pray. Amen.” Be faithful, and continue to experience the fullness of heart that comes through self-sacrifice. Thanks for journeying; Blessings to all–PT.
