Good morning, Church! I pray that you are prepared to praise and worship the risen Savior on this glorious Lord’s Day!! A. W. Tozer, American pastor and author, said: “Without worship, we go about miserable.” Today’s Lenten Scripture readings are: Psalms 24, 29; Genesis 41:14-45; Romans 6:3-14; John 5:19-24. Today’s Lenten prayer is: “Loving God, there is so much darkness in my life and I hide from You. Take my hand and lead me out of the shadows of my fear. Help me to change my heart. Bring me to Your truth and help me to respond to Your generous love. Let me recognize the fullness of Your love which will fill my life. Free me from the darkness in my heart. In Jesus’ liberating name I pray. Amen.” I pray your Lord’s Day is void of all misery. By the way; if you know someone who is struggling with loneliness and/or unhappiness, why not invite that special person to join the FBC family for worship next week. We would LOVE to share the risen Savior with them; and you can experience the joy of leading them out of their darkness and watching the risen Lord change their heart. WOW! Thanks for journeying; Blessings to all–PT.
